Why Arizona Mills
Arizona Mills draws 15+ million visitors annually — a mix of Phoenix metro residents, ASU students, and winter tourists. The outlet format means lower rent than premium malls, which lets Pop Mart test the market without a massive investment. If it performs (and it will — the Phoenix metro has 5 million people with zero Pop Mart access), expect a second location at Scottsdale Fashion Square within a year.
